• Discover what you really want your relationship with food and your body to look like (as well as how they fit into your life).
• Identify what’s getting in the way of having exactly what you want in your relationship with food and/or your body.
• Explore how the freedom & power of making peace with food & your body can positively change all aspects of your life.
